This service involves an even deeper cleaning than what is given in the basic house cleaning. We will meet with you to assess your property, then give an appropriate estimate.

MOVE-OUT CLEANINg

This service ensures that your property is thoroughly cleaned before you move elsewhere. We will meet with you to assess your property, then give an appropriate estimate.

packing and moving

This service includes wrapping, packing, and moving household items and furniture as gently and effectively as possible. We can handle the heavy lifting and anything else you might need.

unpacking and organizing

This service includes unpacking all of your household items, putting them away, and organizing them accordingly. We will help you get as settled and organized as possible!

Vacation rental cleaning

This service ensures that your rental property is thoroughly cleaned before your next guests arrive. We will meet with you directly to assess your property and discuss further details.

vacation rental bookings

This service provides full assistance with managing your vacation rental bookings. We will meet with you directly to discuss details and provide an appropriate estimate.

Vacation rental island contact

With this service, we will serve as the island contact for your vacation rental property. We will meet with you directly to discuss details and provide an appropriate estimate based around either per booking or per month.

window cleaning services

This service involves a thorough cleaning of all of the windows on your home, business, or rental property.

yard care and tree trimmimg

This service provides comprehensive care for your entire yard, from mowing to trimming, and beyond. We will meet with you to assess your property and provide an hourly rate.

concierge services

This service provides exceptional concierge services wherever you need them. We will meet with you directly to assess your needs. This rate is $75 per client, plus 20% for each service booked.

grocery shopping

This service ensures that all of your grocery shopping needs are thoroughly taken care of. Once the client creates a specific list of the items they need, we will go retrieve those items.

exterior pressure washing

This service ensures that the exterior of your home or business is thoroughly cleaned through pressure washing! We will meet with you to assess your property, then provide an appropriate estimate that is based on an hourly rate.

car detailing

This service will have your car looking as good as new! We will thoroughly detail the exterior of your car, from top to bottom. Rates are dependent upon how much detailing is needed, so we will assess your vehicle and provide an appropriate estimate.

minor maintenance needs

This service will take care of any minor maintenance needs you may have. We will come assess the task at hand and provide an appropriate estimate.

painting, remodeling, and finishing work

Ready to tackle a home remodel? This service will help you get it done as quickly and effectively as possible! We will come assess the project and provide an estimate accordingly.
